This set of 3 bundle is designed to help those experiencing specific anxiety and/or phobias. Best used as a planning tool and implementing desensitizing tasks that can be used over and over again! Also comes with a free tips sheet to ensure you feel equipped to work on handling big worries.


These activities were created using a systematic desensization approach but please note, they should not be used in replacement of support and consultation from a qualified mental health practitioner. It is encouraged that these tools be used by trained professionals or in consultation with a psychologist.
