Raising the Future Parenting Group

Being a parent is so rewarding...and yet extremely challenging. Sleep, relationships, tech use, homework, busy schedules and everything in between can cause huge battles within families. With more pressure than ever, we want to support parents doing the most important job, raising the future!

Psychologists Danielle & Jason will guide 6-8 families through the most common parenting challenges and provide practical ways to thrive in parenting! All delivered in fun and engaging sessions with lots of juicy discussions.

What is involved in the parent groups?

• Six weekly sessions held in person Wednesday evenings between October 23rd and November 27th
• Evidence-based research and tips to understand child development and the powerful impact of parenting 
• Practical and hands-on style learning (no lectures or lengthy jargon)
• Take away activities to try with yourself and your family after each session
• Supportive environment to share the highs and lows of being a parent 
• Handbook with creative and engaging materials to keep after the group

Who are the groups for? 

• Any and all parents, step-parents, caregivers or anyone who is in the care of children! The content is particularly focused on children in the primary years but can easily be applied to early childhood and secondary years too.
