Most parents want to raise resilient, healthy children, but don't have the resources or support to do it well.

When you don't get the right support you:
1
Act in ways you're not proud of as a parent
2
Feel powerless trying to manage your child's emotions or get them to do everyday tasks
3
Feel isolated from other parents, thinking it's just you feeling overwhelmed, overworked and stressed.

Feeling confident, supported and connected to our family shouldn't feel this hard
When our children are little, we’re surrounded by a village of support — maternal health nurses, parent groups, and playgroups guiding us through every new milestone. But as our kids grow and life gets busier, that support quietly fades.
Parents are suddenly expected to know how to help our children manage big feelings, make friends, build confidence, and find their place in the world — all while juggling our own work, relationships, and wellbeing. The truth is most of us were never taught these skills ourselves.
That’s where Raising the Future Parenting Group comes in...
We guide a small group of parents through the 5 C’s — Co-regulation, Connection, Core Values, Cooperation, and Compassion — the essential foundations for raising confident and connected kids. These core components come together to help parents look after themselves and enjoy the journey of parenthood, even in our chaotic modern lifestyle.
Over six weeks, you’ll experience a rich mix of learning, support, and practical tools designed to help you bring more ease and joy into family life:
-
In-person workshops filled with real stories, discussion, and hands-on activities
-
Short online videos introducing each of the 5 C’s — available anytime, for life
-
Creative take-home activities to strengthen your connection as a family
-
A beautifully designed parent handbook to guide your learning and reflection
-
Ongoing access and follow-up support to keep building confidence long-term
You’ll leave with a toolkit of strategies that make sense for you — and the confidence to handle any parenting challenge with more calm, clarity, and compassion.
Hi, I'm Danielle
A psychologist on a mission to restore what modern life has taken from families — time, connection, and joy — by helping parents build boundaries, balance, and a home that blooms.
For over eight years, I’ve worked with school-aged children and noticed the same challenges again and again — kids feeling misunderstood, craving more connection, and struggling to solve everyday problems with their parents. It often felt like families were speaking different languages. And it’s no wonder — today’s parents face enormous pressure to do it all, while sifting through endless advice and expectations.
I understand how confusing and overwhelming parenting can feel — even as a psychologist, I found myself struggling. My child’s big emotions, sleep challenges, and sensitivity left me questioning everything I thought I knew. Becoming a mother inspired me to dig deep into the research and discover practical ways to support both children and parents. Those insights became the foundation for the Raising the Future Parenting Group — a program designed to help families thrive with understanding, confidence, and connection.

FAQs
How is the Raising the Future program different from other parent groups or courses out there?
We love this question — and it’s one you should be asking. There are many parenting programs out there, but we’ve taken great care to design an experience that truly supports busy parents who want real change, lasting calm, and a closer family. That's why we have developed a combination approach to our six week group:
-
IMMERSIVE: Nothing compares to the energy of a small, face-to-face group. Our sessions create a safe, encouraging space to share stories, shift perspectives, and try new strategies — all while connecting with other parents who “get it.”
-
ENGAGING: Forget long lectures and endless slideshows. Each session is filled with visual tools, interesting discussions, and hands-on activities that spark curiosity and confidence.
-
CONVENIENT: Our online platform gives you lifetime access to short, practical videos introducing the 5 C’s — Co-regulation, Connection, Core Values, Cooperation, and Compassion — so you can revisit ideas anytime, at your own pace.
-
INTERACTIVE: After each workshop, you’ll receive fun, practical ways to apply what you’ve learned with your co-parent (if you have one) and kids. We even include a special bonus session that invites children to join for a meaningful connection activity.
-
EXPERT LED: Our program is unique in that it has been developed by and ran by two psychologists, Danielle & Jason, specialising in development across the lifespan. We have training to understand the developmental needs of both children and parents, meaning we can bring the most up-to-date research and tools to create balance and harmony at home.
-
COMMITED TO GROWTH: Feedback from our past groups was to include a follow up, and we have listened! We know that life throws its share of curveballs and we’re invested in long-term change, not quick fixes. That’s why we include a follow-up session — to help you revisit new challenges and keep building confidence long after the group ends.
-
DESIGNED FOR EVERY LEARNER: We understand that everyone learns differently and has preferences for how they consume information. That’s why our program includes visuals, discussions, videos, movement-based tasks, and written reflections — ensuring every parent can connect, learn, and grow in their own way.
At its heart, this program is about helping you feel calmer, more confident, and more connected — now and for years to come.
