About the event
Being a parent is so rewarding...and yet extremely challenging. Sleep, relationships, tech use, homework, busy schedules and everything in between can cause huge battles within families. With more pressure than ever, we want to support parents doing the most important job, Raising the Future!
Psychologists Danielle and Jason will guide 8–10 families through the 5 C’s — five powerful foundations that help you navigate just about any parenting challenge: Co-regulation, Connection, Core Values, Cooperation, and Compassion.
These are the skills that bring calm to chaos, strengthen relationships, and help you raise kids who thrive. In each session, you’ll explore why these principles matter and discover how to put them into practice in real life — with simple, practical tools that actually work.
All delivered in fun, interactive workshops filled with real talk, relatable stories, and those “aha!” moments that remind you: you’ve got this — and you’re not alone.
